Rodríguez pointed out that President Nicolás Maduro's instruction is to consolidate “the communal economy, articulated with the entrepreneurial economy (...) Yesterday we saw just at an event of Productive Venezuela 2030, the impact that Venezuela has on the region and that microeconomy, microenterprises, entrepreneurship, communal economies have a tremendous impact.”

In this regard, he indicated that entrepreneurship represents 60% of employment in the region, “and Venezuela is ranked number 10 in the world entrepreneurship index,” despite the blockade, aggressions and imperial threats against the nation.
