Vice President of International Affairs of the PSUV honored Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh

The Vice President of International Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Rander Peña, during his farewell to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, honored the great leader Ho Chi Minh, Father of the Vietnamese Fatherland.

During the honor ceremony, Rander Peña emphasized that Ho Chi Minh's legacy “has transcended all times and places.”

During his visit to the Vietnamese country, Peña held several meetings with the purpose of strengthening ties of friendship and cooperation, he met with the Foreign Minister of Vietnam, Bui Thanh Son; then with Dong Huy Cuong, vice-president of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) and then, with the vice-president of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ngo Le Van.

Peña also held a working meeting with Nguyen Minh Triet, secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam.
