Vice President of the CNE: 99.02% of the polling stations have been installed for this Sunday

99.02% of the polling stations that will be used during the municipal elections next Sunday have already been installed, said the vice-president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Carlos Quintero.
During a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), he indicated that 15,731 voting centers will be set up for these elections, with 20,410 polling stations, of which 15,935 will be available for popular consultation.
“The CNE is ready for this great electoral holiday, which is unprecedented,” said Quintero, while highlighting the unprecedented nature of the process next Sunday when the CNE will carry out the municipal votes and the popular youth consultation.
In the same way, he noted that to date the electoral schedule has been met by more than 89%. “The table is already set for the election holiday next Sunday,” he emphasized.
Quintero also recalled that next Sunday the 335 mayors and 2,471 councilors that will make up local governments across the country will be elected. Also, more than 37,000 community projects promoted by young people organized in the 5,338 communes and communal circuits of Venezuela will be put to the vote.
