The Venezuelan under-17 team took second place in the International Dream Cup, which was held in Japan.
With a balance of two wins and one loss, the Criollos were runners-up, being surpassed only by local Japan.
In their last match, Vinotinto U17 beat Ukraine 4-1, with goals from Yerwin Sulbarán in the 19th minute and 68', David García in 34' and Wiliander Muñoz in 51'.
For the European team, Solomon Dmytro was discounted in the 50'.
The teams of Senegal, Ukraine, Japan and Venezuela participated in the tournament.
The red wine Yerwin Sulbarán won the Best Player of the Tournament award.
