Viva Venezuela Exhibition praises cultural events in all 24 states

The Viva Venezuela Photographic and Videographic Exhibition, which opened this Tuesday at the National Art Gallery (GAN), shows works that highlight the different cultural manifestations of the 24 states that make up the country.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the show is available for the general public to enjoy from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

During the inauguration, the Minister for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, stressed that “this photographic exhibition is an immeasurable treasure that constitutes our cultural diversity”.

For her part, the photographer and exhibitor, Edys Glod, explained that the photographic record exceeded 40,000 images, of which 65 were selected that portrayed the most emblematic moments of the mission.

In this regard, the cultor said that “as a photographer it is always a pride that your pieces are exhibited, because in the end a moment is captured so that others can also see it and not just to keep a personal file”.

In this launch by the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland in conjunction with the National Museums Foundation (FMN), and the GAN, the Museum of Popular Art, the Artisan Heart movement, the Shapono Photographic group and the Center for Cultural Diversity made a large selection of emblematic pieces to take the spectator to an immersive experience.
