The Minister of People's Power for Tourism, Ali Padrón, reported that this Friday, April 26, the Warairarepano Cable Car System restarts its commercial operations.

Through his account on the social network X, he said: “Excellent news! The work on the first cutting and splicing of a tractor cable (guaya) in our Warairarepano Cable Car System has been successfully completed”.

“Since April 26th, we began commercial operations at 12:00pm,” he said.

In the message, Padrón published a video, showing the work done, “12 meters of guaya were extracted with their soul from the cable tractor”.

He added that the process made it possible to create a six-strand braid that makes up the tractor mother cable of the Warairarepano Cable Car System, thus splicing both parts together.

“A millimeter process executed by our experienced engineers and operators,” he said.
