A total of 16 young people from the Warao ethnic group have started their professional training at the National Experimental Security University (UNES), which represents a significant step towards inclusion and preventive sovereignty in the Delta Amacuro state.

According to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Justice and Peace Relations (MPPRIJP), 16 young people were trained during the educational day, of whom 15 are male and 1 female, who have decided to become professional in Fire Sciences, Civil Protection and Citizen Security.
In this regard, Cnel. (B) Dr. Magdalena Hernández, dean of the Delta Amacuro Nucleus, stressed that this initiative goes beyond the administrative aspect, considering it an act of social justice.

“Our mission is to bring the university to the territory. Seeing the commitment of these young people reaffirms that citizen security must have an indigenous face and a people's heart,” he said.
