Federal judge Julián Ercolini, in Argentina, is processing the file for gender-based violence against former president Alberto Fernández concerning the former first lady, Fabiola Yáñez; in this regard, a series of photos and conversations have been published by the press.
The captures of conversation between the couple show part of the consequences of the former president's blows against Yáñez that occurred in August 2021 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The former first lady also made chats available to Justice via WhatsApp, in which she asked Fernández to stop hitting her: “This doesn't work like that all the time you hit me. It's unusual. I can't let you do this to me when I didn't do anything to you. And all I try to do with my mind focused is to defend you and you hit me physically. There's no explanation.”
In the foreground of the photograph you can see Yáñez with a bruise on one of his eyes... in an ironic tone he wrote to Fernández: “This is when you hit me unintentionally”.
In this regard, the National Criminal and Correctional Office No. 6 and the Fiscal Unit Specialized in Violence against Women (UFEM) reported that professionals from the General Directorate for Victim Guidance and Protection (DOVIC) have held a meeting with the first lady.
