Work to repair edge fault at km 71 of the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Highway is 95% complete

The work carried out by engineers and workers from the Ministry of Transportation, in Miranda state, has achieved 95% progress to correct the edge fault at kilometer 71 of the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Highway, near the Aragüita parish.

According to a publication on the Telegram channel of the ministerial portfolio, it was highlighted that the experts, as part of the work, completed the construction of the 175 square meter anchored concrete screen, securing the structure with 15 deep anchors and its tensioning system.

“Currently, the work is concentrated on preparing the base of the road by filling and compacting soil, leaving everything ready for the installation of the asphalt binder,” said the publication.
