With the participation of more than 3,000 workers from the Iron-Steel, Aluminum, Services sectors of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guiana (CVG) and Minerven, the World Congress Against Fascism, Neofascism and Cyberfascism was successfully concluded.

The event, held at the Siderurgica del Orinoco Alfredo Maneiro (SIDOR), was led by the Minister of Ecological Mining Development and president of the CVG, Héctor Silva, accompanied by members of the Supervisory Board and the deputy Gabriel Franco.

Silva stressed the importance of the congress as a revolutionary tool to defend workers' rights and the national territory. He also highlighted the commitment of workers to protecting basic businesses, avoiding any sabotage to the country's resurgent economy, according to a press release from the CVG.

These activities are aimed at making the Venezuelan people aware of the plans of extremist sectors that attempt to destabilize the government and ignore the electoral results of July 28, where the victory of President Nicolás Maduro was ratified.
