Xinhua news agency expresses condolences and solidarity with Venezuela after earthquakes

The Regional Office for Latin America of the Xinhua News Agency issued an institutional statement to express its deep condolences and solidarity with the people of Venezuela, following the recent earthquakes in the national territory.

Through a letter addressed to its strategic partners in the national media, the international press service of the People's Republic of China expressed its regret for the material and human damage caused by earthquakes.

In the official document issued by the news organization, the desire of the Regional Office for Latin America of the Xinhua News Agency to express to allied institutions, and through them to the Venezuelan people, their deepest condolences and solidarity in these moments of contingency is expressly highlighted.

In the institutional text, the international agency also recognized the citizenship and collective organization schemes demonstrated by citizens during the first hours of the emergency.
