Young parliamentarians from Venezuela and Belarus signed an agreement of friendship and cooperation, Deputy América Pérez reported this Friday, April 17, through social networks.

On behalf of the National Assembly of Belarus, whose system is bicameral, the agreement was signed by young people from the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic.

In this regard, Pérez explained that this step makes it possible to strengthen solidarity diplomacy between the new generations of both legislative bodies.

He reiterated that, at the beginning of this path of cooperation, fundamental allies have been found that are integrated into the exercise of parliamentary work from a youth perspective.

Pérez , who leads the delegation of the Network of Young Parliamentarians and Parliamentarians of Venezuela who are in Belarus, highlighted the importance of this meeting as part of the international strategy exercised by the Venezuelan Legislative Branch.

He added that the signing of the agreement with the Youth Council of the House of Representatives and the Youth Council of the Council of the Republic proposes a joint work agenda in the cultural and humanitarian fields, in addition to promoting a constant exchange of experiences in the legislative work of both countries.
