ZULIA-CABIMAS/Cabello: National Government will deliver 33 patrols and 266 motorcycles for the East Coast of the Lake

The sectoral vice-president of Public Security Policy and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the beginning of the second phase of the Pilgrimage for a Venezuela Free of Sanctions and Peace, announced the assignment of 33 patrols and 266 motorcycles for the East Coast of the Lake, in order to reinforce the Peace Quadrants.

Cabello assured that this action guarantees the “peace of mind of people with their families”, specifically the one on the East Coast, while refusing to allow Lake Maracaibo to be used by gangs dedicated to drug trafficking, since “we don't produce drugs, we don't have laboratories to process coca leaves.”

In this regard, he reiterated that the Venezuelan State will not allow these drug trafficking actions, “because that will give us all peace of mind.”

“The first state in this country (Zulia) has to be well cared for and have its services and have its health, have education guaranteed and when we invite this, going town by town is to listen to people.”
