The governor of the state of Zulia, Luis Caldera, during the beginning of the second phase of the Pilgrimage for a Venezuela Free of Sanctions and in Peace, emphasized the unity of the People to live in a Venezuela of progress.

“Today we are invited to the second phase of the national pilgrimage and this call made by the citizen president, Delcy Rodríguez, has as its central objective peace, coexistence, encounter; and now the encounter with the productive sectors, that is, the engines of our economy,” he said.

He also specified that these sectors “have been resisting and generating employment, generating a good life for our people in the midst of sanctions and unilateral coercive measures.”

Caldera pointed out that the Venezuelan people, regardless of political and ideological differences, agree to want to “live in peace, in Zulia and in Venezuela, and we all agree that the best way to live well is to produce and distribute well the resources that God has given us.”
