The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, signed this Thursday the reform of the Law for the Inclusion, Equality and Integral Development of People with Disabilities, sanctioned by the National Assembly.
From Cabimas, in the state of Zulia, during the inauguration of the Bolivarian Labor Education Workshop “East Coast of the Lake”, the Head of State pointed out that “these examples serve as a model for us to incorporate them into the 7T Plan, the seven transformations that we are going to carry out in Venezuela between now and 2030, the commitments that I am going to assume for the entire period up to 2030".
“Here I have a law that has just been handed over to me by the Sovereign National Assembly, it is a very important law that is the reform of the Law for the inclusion, equality and integral development of people with disabilities and I wanted to sign it in Cabimas, the first time in my life that a Republic Act has been signed in Cabimas, and with the favor of La Chinita and her enlightenment, with the blessings of San Benito, in the name of my General Rafael Urdaneta signed the new and modern law to protect people with disabilities,” said the President.
