The Venezuelan people, especially the elderly, have a responsibility to leave to future generations a free, calm, prosperous, peaceful, sovereign and independent country, said the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

During his meeting with the productive and social sectors of the Mara municipality in the state of Zulia, framed in the pilgrimage for peace and the cessation of sanctions, Cabello indicated that the youngest have the responsibility to do everything they can to help “move forward” the country.

“Let's try to be like Chavez, every day. Detached, loving, aware, brother, companion, supportive, a good Christian. If you are a teacher, be the best teacher in the world,” said Cabello.

In this regard, he highlighted the importance of returning to traditional culture where the upbringing of children rested on the family and not on technological artifacts. “Let's talk, ourselves, to our children so that no one else does it. So that no one comes to tell stories to our children,” he said.
