This Friday, flight 149 of the Great Mission Back to the Homeland arrived in the country, with 150 Venezuelan migrants from Opa Locka, Florida, United States (USA).
On the plane that landed at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, the group of compatriots composed of 91 men and 27 women arrived, details the information provided by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.
Venezuelans were received by officials from the various citizen security bodies, the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), and the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNbb).
It was also known that each of the migrants is interviewed to learn about each one's case, and then they are checked by a medical team.
Since the resumption of the Great Mission Back to the Fatherland in February 2025, more than 28,000 compatriots have returned to the country thanks to the State-led effort to support Venezuelans who are abroad.
