A total of 207 Venezuelans arrived in the country thanks to the efforts promoted by the Bolivarian Government through the Great Mission Back to the Homeland from Texas, United States (USA), to Simon Bolivar de Maiquetía International Airport, in the state of La Guaira. This is Flight 53 coming with 160 men, 30 women, 7 boys and 10 girls.

Since the resumption of the Plan Back to the Fatherland, last February of this year, more than 9,000 compatriots have returned to the country as part of the State's effort to support Venezuelans who are in detention and who are being persecuted in the United States, according to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP).

After their disembarkation, the migrants repatriated in Venezuela went through a migratory tunnel, where each person is interviewed to review their case; then they receive medical attention from the institutions of the Bolivarian Government, and then they are transferred to their homes by security agencies.

These actions demonstrate that the Venezuelan Government reaffirms its commitment to the protection and well-being of its citizens, facilitating their return and ensuring that they receive the necessary attention when they arrive in the country, as indicated by President Nicolás Maduro and the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
