2,400 Bolivarenses have been served through the Sonrisa Mission

A total of 2,400 Bolivians have been served through the Sonrisa Mission, the regional president, Ángel Marcano, reported through his account on the social network X.

According to the publication in the entity,
more than 4,750 prostheses have been placed in the entity.

The Smile Mission was created on November 22, 2006, by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Rafael Chávez, with the opening of the Prosthetic Rehabilitation Centers at the El Valle Popular Clinic and the Carlos Arvelo Military Hospital, both located in the Capital District.
