80 children from Cojedes are trained in robotics, AI and the arts during the 2026 Science and Technology Vacation Plan

A total of 80 boys and girls from the state of Cojedes actively participated in the Science and Technology Vacation Plan 2026, a training day held at the Mega Infocenter of the Cultural Institute of the Ezequiel Zamora municipality, aimed at democratizing access to knowledge, stimulating critical thinking and awakening early vocations in avant-garde areas.
Guided by the technical team of the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite Cojedes), students from the National University of Sciences Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán (UNC) and young people from the National Scientific Semilleros Program, the participants toured four teaching stations. These included a practical introduction to robotics, basic training on Artificial Intelligence at the Little Creators of AI station, in addition to the pictorial exhibition at the Manos de Sueños Gallery and a cultural tour of the Demetrio Silva Art Room.
This day, according to a press release, reaffirms the commitment of the National Government and the Ministry of Science and Technology (Mincyt) to the consolidation of public policies aimed at the integral development of Venezuelan children.
