Through the social network X, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, commemorated one year since the physical departure of the Minister of University Education and former rector of the National Electoral Council, Tibisay Lucena.
“One year has passed since the physical departure of Tibisay Lucena, a woman of courage, courage, intelligence, unwavering spirit and great human sensitivity, an unforgettable forger of our world-renowned electoral system”, the head of state on the social network this Friday.
She also reaffirmed that Lucena will always be “an example as a patriotic citizen and committed public servant, she is undoubtedly and imperishable”.
