Airline sector increases 34% in international operations in the first quarter of 2024

Through his account on the social network X, the Minister of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Celestino Araguayán, reported that during the first quarter of 2024, the Venezuelan airline sector registered a 34% increase in international operations compared to 2023.

He also stressed that these results highlight the efforts of all the actors that make possible the unstoppable growth of the country, at different economic and strategic levels.

Recall that the Bolivarian Government restarted operations of the Aeropostal line, as well as the activation of the Valencia-Bogotá air route, and the inauguration of a commercial flight of the Rutaca airline, from Josefa Camejo international airport to the island of Cuba, among others.
