The National Assembly approved this Monday, in an extraordinary session, the Organic Bill of the National Development Plan of the Seven Transformations (7T) 2025-2031, a legislative initiative requested by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

After the approval of the above-mentioned instrument, the president of the National Assembly assured that this instrument outlines the country's future project and delves into the raison d'être of the Bolivarian Revolution.

In this regard, he stressed that values such as equity, justice and equality, promoted by the Revolution, have been attacked with illegal sanctions, to the detriment of the country's social welfare.

“It is a fervent and necessary support that the National Assembly must give to the efforts of the President and the entire Executive Branch. Not just recovering from the economic war, from sanctions and the process to achieve the full development of our lives,” said Rodríguez.

On the other hand, the president of the Legislative Branch specified that this legal instrument is number 93 that has been approved by the elected parliament in 2020, which contrasts with the OPPOSITION-led AN where only one law was approved.

“They are shamefully vague when it comes to the production of laws, when it comes to destruction, conspiracy, assassination, coups d'etat; to request sanctions and blockade, they were unfortunately quite productive for the people of Venezuela,” he said.

On the other hand, he criticized that some of the deputies who conspired in 2015 are now disguised as candidates trying to get the people's vote.
