AN approves six articles of the Law on the Speed of Administrative Procedures

The National Assembly (AN) approved in a second discussion the first six articles and the final title of the Organic Bill for the Acceleration of Administrative Procedures and decided to postpone the remaining debate until next week for final approval, in accordance with the provisions of article 106 of the Internal Regulations and Debates of the National Assembly.
The deferral was submitted for consideration by parliamentarians and parliamentarians, who contemplated the revision of the subsequent articles for presentation at the next plenary session. “Please state it with the usual sign: approved! It is deferred for the next session,” said the President of the Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez.
The text approved to date indicates that the speed and optimization of State administrative procedures and procedures are a matter of public order and general interest. Consequently, public servants must act ex officio or at the request of an interested party to ensure the speed, simplicity, efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of the procedures and procedures submitted to their consideration.
