AN opened phase to receive applications for positions within the Judicial System

Starting this Friday, legal professionals who wish to apply to fill vacant positions in the Judiciary will be able to do so through the Judicial Nominations Committee.
In the call, published in national media and on the website and social networks of the Legislative Branch, it is detailed that From this Saturday, May 23 and until next June 6, the Judicial Nominations Committee will be receiving the collections of applicants at the Bolivian Museum of the National Assembly, located on the corner of Pajaritos de El Silencio, from 9:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon.
The call details that applicants must be Venezuelan by birth and not hold any other valid nationality.
At the professional level, a minimum of 15 years of experience in the practice of law is required, with a legal postgraduate degree, university teaching in Legal Sciences as a tenured professor; or performance as a senior judge.
It also highlights among the requirements that interested parties must not have stable de facto unions, marriage, or links of consanguinity or affinity with senior representatives of the State's Public Authorities.
Those interested should store their documents in a brown fiber folder, office size, equipped with a hook. This must be duly identified on the outside with the position to which you are aspiring. All pages must be duly foliated and sequentially signed by the postulate.
The essential documents include the letter of application, on your own initiative or issued by a guild or legal organization, the letter of acceptance, an extended photocopy of the identity card on an uncut letter sheet, certified copies with original in view of university degrees, and a photocopy of the membership of the Bar Association and the Social Security Institute of Lawyers (IPSA).
In the same way, it is required to incorporate a mental health exam certified by a registered and current psychologist or psychiatrist, an affidavit of non-partisan political militancy, institutional records of length of service for teachers or judges, and an updated curriculum summary organized retrospectively.
In the case of applications for the Directorate of the National School of the Judiciary, the requirements must include an updated Deontological Letter issued directly by the respective Bar Association.
