The Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (Mincyt) announced the opening of the application process for the III Cohort of the Diploma Course in Collective Construction of Knowledge. This cutting-edge academic program is designed to empower Popular Power, with a special focus on members of Community Councils, Peasant Movements and Fishing Communities, through the use of decolonial methodologies and the strategic management of territorial knowledge.
The central objective of this training is to empower organized communities to identify and resolve real needs in their environments, promoting territorialized science. Through this diploma course, knowledge is sought to be an engine of social transformation that guarantees the cognitive sovereignty of the nation. The sessions will be held in person, combining master classes with interactive workshops and discussions aimed at the development of decolonial critical thinking.

The training activities will take place every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering a space for learning and knowledge exchange where the people are the main protagonists in knowledge management in their territory.
