More than two kilometers of sewers will be built in the Portuguese state to guarantee the collection of wastewater for the inhabitants of the Los Malabares community, on the outskirts of Araure.
The materials for the work began to arrive in the area this past weekend, highlighting two trucks loaded with heavy-duty tubing.
“The Sewage Festival has arrived in Los Malabares and our people are happy and happy,” announced the mayor of Araure, María Celeste Rodríguez, specifying that together with the government, a collector will be built for the benefit of the populous sector.
Los Malabares is a community that is 136 years old and does not have a wastewater network, a situation that the first lady of Portuguesa, María Gabriela Gil de Cedeño, assured will be resolved to provide the health service and “continue to provide good living to the people”.
Gil added that the area has lacked an essential health system since its founding “because it only has 256 families and is located on the outskirts of the municipality.”
He said that they are already taking the pipeline to the place to meet “with works and not words” the needs of the inhabitants “because the people deserve the best”.
