Next Wednesday, unions in Argentina will march to the Courts to request the unconstitutionality of President Javier Milei's new measures.

The announcement was made by the Confederation of Workers of Argentina (CTA-T) and the Autonomous Community (CTA-A), and the Union of Workers of the Popular Economy (UTEP).

“On Wednesday, we are going to submit a request for the unconstitutionality of the DNU (Decree of Necessity and Urgency) and, in turn, file an amparo to suspend its effects in its entirety,” they said at a press conference.

According to what was published on the TELESUR web portal, the unions announced that there will be a meeting on December 29 to define a national strike and the plan of struggle.

A wave of protests sparked Milei's neoliberal decree, and not satisfied with it, he asserted that more measures will come that will affect the social and economic benefits of Argentines.
