As of May 17, CONVIASA will have the route between Valera and Porlamar

A new national route will activate the CONVIASA airline starting next Saturday, the 17th of this month, which will connect Trujillo with Margarita Island.

The airline announced that there will be two flights a week between Antonio Nicolás Briceño National Airport, in Valera, Trujillo, and the Santiago Mariño international air terminal in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta.

The flights are scheduled for Tuesday and Saturday. The departure from Valera will be at 10 am with arrival in Porlamar at 11:30am. The return is scheduled to leave Porlamar at 12:30pm with arrival in Valera at 2 pm. The return ticket costs 88.23 dollars, at the current exchange rate of the BCV, the state airline reported.
