Astronomical Route served more than 3,900 people from Maracaibo

Students from 14 schools in Maracaibo explored the cosmos together with specialists from Cidata

A total of 3,901 people, including children, young people and adults, participated in the Astronomical Route of Maracaibo, Zulia.

According to information issued by the Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jimenez, on her Telegram channel, where she explained that the participants “delved into the fascinating universe through a didactic and interactive day that brings science closer to everyday life”.

It was also known that for four days, students from 14 schools in Maracaibo explored the cosmos together with specialists from Cidata; for this purpose, the Ministry had “astrobuses, equipped with telescopes and interactive resources”.

Finally, he noted that the Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Scientific Seed Program, “reaffirms its commitment to sow scientific curiosity from an early age and strengthen national talent.”
