The Treasury Bank announced its work program for 2026 during a meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Banking, Insurance and Securities and president of the institution, Jimmy Alexander Berríos Ojeda.

The head of the financial institution explained that the plan is structured in three lines: User Experience, Digital Environment and Business. The first involves updating agency processes, control mechanisms and standards of assistance. The second includes the renewal of digital channels, a new version of the T Mobile application, an optimized transactional platform and a trust and business system, together with the reinforcement of the technological architecture aimed at security and trust. The third line includes marketing actions by segment, brokerage strategies and acquisition growth, credit portfolio and investments.

Berríos Ojeda stressed that one of the central objectives will be to consolidate user trust in order to carry out the transformation of the service.

He indicated that the Treasury Bank expects 40% growth in credit collection and portfolio. Financial revenues are estimated at 30% and operating revenues at 50%. The institution plans to continue to reduce insolvency to consolidate itself among the top ten in the banking system.
