BARINAS-PEDRAZA/Pedro Infante: The Pilgrimage legislates listening to people to reinvigorate the productive apparatus

As part of the second phase of the Grand National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela in Peace and Free of Sanctions, the first vice-president of the National Assembly (AN), Pedro Infante, assured that “the Pilgrimage legislates by listening to the people to revive the productive apparatus.”
In this regard, from Barinas, he reiterated the parliament's commitment to review and adjust the legal and financial framework to protect the economic sectors and it was pointed out that the intention of the national government is to evaluate all the reports submitted by the different spokespersons and delivered by the governor of the entity, Adán Chávez; while stressing that this pilgrimage seeks to listen to all sectors regardless of ideology or political preference.
In addition, he said that “both the private sector and the public sector must be strengthened, but also an indispensable third engine, the popular sector, the communal economy, the peasants and peasants”.
With regard to the concern of producers related to the foreign exchange market, exchange rates and bank taxes, the deputy reported that instances of coordination are already active throughout the national territory.
“We have set up working groups in each of the states with all the country's financial institutions to see how we can relaunch financing for the commercial sector and the productive sector,” said Infante.
In legislative matters, the first vice-president of the AN referred to the progress made in the reform of the Criminal Law for the Protection of Livestock Activity, and explained that the project will enter a phase of exhaustive review to ensure maximum protection for those who work the land.
“The president of the AN himself, Jorge Rodríguez, has been clear: “the criminal act and the sanctioning issue have to be very clear because we have to take care of the producers, 'that is a commitment that the National Assembly has,” he emphasized.
