BCV holds meetings with banks to ensure macroeconomic objectives

The authorities of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) held, on Friday, August 7, 2026, a working meeting with representatives of the national bank and the Venezuelan Banking Association, as part of the Executive's efforts to stabilize prices, economic growth and social welfare in Venezuela.
According to a press release from the issuing entity, this meeting was held as part of the ongoing monitoring and approach programming proposed by the BCV authorities, with the purpose of advancing this phase of normalization of the national economy.
The BCV is constantly reviewing the procedures and the data obtained from the exchange and monetary markets as strategic elements for policy actions.
