As part of the strengthening of the public security forces, motorcycles were handed over to the Municipal Police of Bejuma, Carabobo state, in an act that took place from the sub-headquarters of the 0800 Bigotes program, located in this town on the western Carabobeño axis.

The activity was attended by the mayor of the Bejuma municipality, Lorenzo Remedios, who accompanied Governor Rafael Lacava, on this endowment day, which is part of the public policies promoted by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, in coordination with the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, headed by Captain Diosdado Cabello.

“Today the president, the regional and municipal governments are handing over this equipment to the Bejuma Municipal Police. I'm sure it will be used for the common good of the people of Bejuma. Thanks to the joint work that has been carried out between the different security forces, but especially that of the Municipal Police, today Bejuma is a place of tranquility,” said Remedios.

This delivery seeks to strengthen the operational capacity of municipal officials to ensure greater patrolling, immediate care and preventive presence in communities, in line with the National Plan for Citizen Security promoted by the National Executive.

With actions like this, the Government of Carabobo reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the life, peace and security of all Venezuelans, consolidating safe territories for social and community development.
