The candidate of the Bolivarian Revolution, Nicolás Maduro, confirmed that the Bolivarian Government will not allow the extremist right to generate violence or guarimbas in the country again, “whoever eats the light will regret it for 100 years.”

He emphasized that the right to peace and tranquility of the People, “no one is going to take it away, the People are respected. We are going to enforce the right to peace, to the future.”

In that sense, he warned that “the opposition does want violence and guarimba to return. They are preparing to sing fraud.”

He maintained this in San Félix, in the Caroní municipality, in the state of Bolívar, where the people expressed their resounding support for his re-election to the Presidency of the Republic.

He argued that the People cannot allow the right wing to privatize health and education, “I want to continue making progress in their recovery, for public education at the service of the entire people”

He also reminded the People that they currently have a triple job, “I like it, I'm not complaining”, and explained that first, “I must govern the country, second, I have to travel the country, organizing the force for victory with the electoral campaign and third, taking care of peace, stability, security”.

“If Maduro governs, you are governing, you and you, I am the workers' and peasant president,” he said.
