BOLÍVAR - UPATA/Candidato Maduro: This is a heroic land!

This Monday, July 15, the candidate of the Revolution, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that the city of Upata, Bolivar state, is and will continue to be a heroic land, noting that the men and women of the Southern Armies passed through there.

“Those armies were able to liberate all the land of Guiana, everything that is the Bolivar state (...) 200 years ago grandparents and grandmothers on horseback took their rifle and went to Junín (...) and threw the Spanish out of this land; that's where we came from. How heroic the fight has been!” , he said during a Meeting with the People of Upata.

On the other hand, he sent all his solidarity and wished for a speedy recovery to the mayor of the Piar municipality, Yulisbeth García, better known as Tata. “Pa'lante Tata, strength Tata, I want to come back when I'm recovered and we do a great act of victory here in Upata,” he said.

He also highlighted the support of more than 5 thousand motorized and motorized vehicles during their visit to the town of Upata.
