Bolivarian Government advances with Plan for the Rehabilitation of Sports Spaces in Aragua

Continuing with the Sports Court Rehabilitation Plan promoted by the Bolivarian Government, entertainment spaces were renovated with the objective of continuing to promote sports development, physical activity and healthy community recreation in the city of Maracay in the state of Aragua.

The facilities that are currently undergoing refurbishment work are the courts in the Brisas del Lago, La Lagunita, Las Acacias and Puerto Colombia sectors in the coastal parish of Choroní. In these spaces, structural work is being carried out to restore channels, floors, replacement of roof sheets, and the conditioning of walls and perimeter trellis, according to a regional press release.

In addition to these actions, the painting, lighting, replacement and repair of sports components such as archways, hoops and basketball boards stand out, as well as the rescue of the stands area, as well as maintenance, cleaning and debris collection.

These are actions framed in the 1×10 of Good Governance, where the coordination and participation of neighbors has been fundamental, achieving the primary objective of strengthening sports among boys, girls and young people.
