Bolivarian Government awarded more than a thousand Urban Land Property titles in Guárico

More than a thousand Urban Land Property titles were awarded by the mayor of the municipality Francisco de Mirand to the Guárico state, Alfreina Álvarez, in an act that favored 17 communities, in order to provide legal security and dignify the homes of families in the jurisdiction.

This government action, reported the Mayor's Office Francisco de Miranda, on its website, was initiated in the municipal administration of Donald Donaire, now governor of the state of Guárico, intensified with Mayor Álvarez to achieve the mass delivery of property titles.

The delivery took place in the Tricentennial Square in the city of Calabozo, in an environment full of satisfaction and trust due to the efforts and commitment of the municipal government to guarantee the rights of the community.

On the day, Nélida Pérez, who benefited from this award of Urban Land Title, expressed her satisfaction with this achievement and thanked the national, regional and local government.

He said that “we are very happy to receive our titles, this Tuesday afternoon, thanks to the good governance of our president Nicolás Maduro, our governor Donald Donaire and our proud mayor Alfreina Álvarez.”

The 17 communities benefited from this management were: Ali Primera, Misión Arriba, Octavio Viana, Caja de Agua, Cruz del Perdón, Trinidad, Las Américas, Simón Rodríguez 1; 2 and 3, Modesto Freites, El Libertador Urbano, Carutal, El Rastro parish, Merecurito and Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi.
