Bolivarian Government begins investigations after gas pipeline explosion in Anzoátegui

In the evening hours of Wednesday, July 18, an explosion and subsequent fire occurred in a gas pipeline, on Carretera vieja Cantaura Anaco, in the state of Anzoátegui.
This was reported by the Minister of Popular Power for Petroleum, Rafael Tellechea, through a message posted on his account on the social network X, who also announced that in perfect coordination with the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP), an investigation was initiated and everything indicates that the incident occurred through sabotage and incursion by third parties .
Tellechea indicated that officials from the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), firefighters and PDVSA personnel are on site.
On the other hand, he assured that the situation is under control and there is no risk to the population.
Minister Tellechea recalled that the extremism of the Venezuelan fascist right has planned its agenda to generate scenes of violence and sabotage the efforts of our oil working class, “we will continue investigations to punish these irrational actions,” he added.
