Bolivarian Government delivered motorcycles approved in Popular Consultation projects in Yaracuy

The Bolivarian Government delivered seven motorcycles to the Jorge Rodríguez Commune, located in Higuerón, San Felipe municipality of Yaracuy state, in order to improve public transport in the sector.

This endowment is framed in the approval of the project presented at the first National Popular Consultation 2025, which took place on February 2.

The mayor of San Felipe, Rogger Daza, who was present at the delivery of the motorcycles, highlighted the importance of this mechanism of citizen participation that allows the population to make direct decisions on projects that impact their quality of life.

“Once again, organized popular power sets an example,” Daza said.

In addition, the mayor thanked President Nicolás Maduro for his support in empowering the people, and noted that, in addition to strengthening public transport, the commune has created a Mototaxi Social Production Company, an initiative that not only generates seven new jobs, but also offers an affordable transportation service for the community.

Daza stressed that these types of actions promoted by organized popular power strengthen organization and citizen participation in the San Felipe municipality, setting an example for other communities to follow.
