Bolivarian Government holds comprehensive health care day in Guayana Esequiba

The Bolivarian Government, through the Government of Guiana Esequiba and the Essequibo Social Action Foundation, served more than 300 people during a health day.

The comprehensive care day was held in the community of Yuruani I Casa Blanca, where preventive health was prioritized through the application of immunization schedules for children, ensuring the immune protection of children, according to the press report by the Government of Guiana Esequiba.

In the area of general medicine, the attendees received professional care and the delivery of medications completely free of charge, guaranteeing immediate access to the necessary treatments.

In addition, specialized personnel performed rapid tests to rule out various diseases, strengthening early diagnosis in the community.

This activity also included the active participation of the “Laugh” youth program team, who joined the deployment to provide logistical and recreational support to the families served.

For his part, Governor Neil Villamizar reaffirmed his administration's commitment to the welfare of the Essequibano people, assuring that these coordinated actions between the Government and the Social Action Foundation will continue to be permanently extended to all the communities that make up the entity's area of influence.
