The Multidisciplinary Team of the Ministry of People's Power for Water carries out major tasks in the La Toma sector, El Hatillo parish, in Miranda state, where 1,200 meters of 36″ diameter drinking water pipes are installed, belonging to the southern feeder of the Tuy II System.

The work was carried out with the objective of ensuring the stability of the service for more than 200,000 families in El Hatillo and Baruta.

To carry out these works, specialized personnel have used heavy machinery, clearing one kilometer of land in mountainous areas that are difficult to access, maneuvers that require rigorous technical precision, not only for space conditioning, but also for the positioning of the pipe.

To date, the equipment has recorded an advance of 160 meters of pipes installed, through continuous welding and coupling of the adduction sections, according to the Ministry of Water press.

It should be noted that this pipe replaces a section that has already completed its useful life, in which there were constant incidents, which directly affected the operation of the water distribution.

The work is a tangible example of the efforts of the Bolivarian Government to protect communities, consolidating the Solution Map and demonstrating that only in Revolution is it possible to transform territorial difficulties and strengthen water sovereignty.
