Bolivarian Government of Aragua guarantees free treatment for patients with hemophilia

The Aragua State Health Corporation, through the High Cost Pharmacy, delivered coagulation factors to patients with hemophilia, according to information published on the website of the newspaper Ciudad Maracay.

According to the publication, 13 patients, according to medical indications, received factors 1000, 500 and 250, Wilate and Octanine; in order to guarantee a higher quality of life for these patients with chronic diseases.

Lisbeth Segovia, director of the High Cost Pharmacy of Corposalud, reported that this action is carried out, free of charge, not only to patients with hemophilia but also to cancer patients, “guaranteeing specialized and quality care to the Aragüeño population”.
