Bolivarian Government of Falcón activates the region's Ophthalmological Center

The governor of the state of Falcón, Víctor Clark, led the activation of the second Regional Ophthalmological Center, located in the José Ramón Jatem Reyes outpatient clinic in the Las Margaritas sector, in the Carirubana municipality of the Paraguaná Peninsula.
This center has an operating room and all the high-end technological equipment for the diagnosis, testing and correction of visual diseases.
In this regard, Clark pointed out that this “new health space that strengthens the public system in order to provide well-being to our people, thanks to the efforts of President Nicolás Maduro who, with his contribution, assigned us the technological requirements and we are dedicated to giving another face to infrastructure to modernize and adapt them to offer more decent conditions of care for patients.”
The activation of the center included the first recruitment day in which more than 500 patients with cataracts participated, “which will be added to the 2500 that have already been treated in Coro (Miranda municipality),” a well-known national newspaper reported.
