The Bolivarian Government placed more than 100 tons of asphalt on streets and avenues in the municipality of San Fernando de Apure, with the objective of optimizing road conditions.

Work began on Fuerzas Armadas Avenue, Casa de Zinc and extended to other areas.

The inhabitants of the region helped the workers of the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation and the Government of Apure to carry out the work because there was an urgent need to improve road conditions to facilitate traffic.

Miguel Neida, residents of the municipality of San Fernando, pointed out that road work is very important, since both vehicles and motorcycles suffer a lot from the impact of each blow when they fall into holes.

“I think it's excellent that they fix all the areas because they are very deteriorated and there are a lot of holes that prevent traffic from flowing properly,” he said.

For his part, another inhabitant identified as Edgar Piñero, stressed that the work being carried out is magnificent, because cars and motorcycles can travel safely.

He also asked that the works reach other sectors of the state.
