Bolivarian Government provides and expands Peace Quadrants in Bolivar and Guayana Esequiba (+photos)

On the afternoon of this Thursday, February 5, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, activated the Peace Quadrants of the Bolivar and Guiana Esequiba States.


The event was attended by the Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, who highlighted that 230 Peace Quadrants have been established in this entity for the security and protection of citizens.


For her part, the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that to date the Bolivarian Government has managed to achieve coverage of 57% of Peace Quadrants, at the national level, by expanding these security instances to 252 to cover communal circuits and communes in the states of Bolivar and Esequiba Guiana.


In this regard, he specified that “since we have more than three thousand Peace Quadrants in the country, it is an essential plan of President Nicolás Maduro, to strengthen the security of the territory and that security policies are accompanied by Popular Power in the Communal Circuits.”

Rodríguez took the opportunity to sign this Thursday the reform of the Law on the Statute of the Function of the Investigative Police, aimed at standardizing the hierarchical levels of the investigative bodies with the rest of the public security agencies.



He stressed that this law was approved thanks to the management of the National Assembly, which was installed a month ago and is progressing. “The public authorities in Venezuela who prevented the imposition of chaos, who did not allow violence to spread in our country. We are a single team holding the reins of this country,” he emphasized.
