Bolivarian Government provides funding to educational centers in Zulia

The government of the state of Zulia delivered teaching supplies, uniforms and dining equipment to 149 schools in the state as part of a special deployment that will reach the municipalities of Maracaibo, Mara, Jesús Enrique Lossada, La Cañada de Urdaneta, Lagunillas, Miranda, Valmore Rodríguez, Santa Rita, Cabimas, Simón Bolívar, San Francisco and Colón.

Governor Luis Caldera explained that this operation was coordinated with the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, his office and the Bolivarian mayors to equip schools in addition to delivering 10,900 backpacks equipped with school supplies and 12 microscopes.

To strengthen the School Food Program (PAE), two other Termon King vehicles were added to the fleet, which guarantee the adequate distribution of food to educational institutions, in addition to 100 freezers, 36 to educational institutions belonging to the Ministry of Education and 64 to centers with the School Food Program. In addition, 36 visicoolers, four gas planks and 2,240 glasses were shipped, according to a press release from the state government.
