Bolivarian Government rehabilitates tunnel to restore water service in Sucre and Nueva Esparta

The Ministry of People's Power for Water Care is carrying out work on the 13-kilometer tunnel of the Turimiquire System, in the state of Sucre, after an impact that limited access to the structure. The crews carry out maneuvers to intervene the main pipe and ensure the flow of flow.
The actions will make it possible to restore the shipment of 5,000 liters per second to the municipalities of Sucre, Bolívar and Cruz Salmerón Acosta, in addition to the state of Nueva Esparta. The technical equipment remains in the area until the system is refurbished.
