Bolivarian Government strengthens the Public Security System

The Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Remigio Ceballo, evaluated the development of plans and programs for prevention, the fight against organized crime and the strengthening of the Public Security System, which have made it possible to guarantee peace and tranquility for the population.
Through his account on the social network of the aforementioned Ministry, he points out that during a meeting with the Ministerial Council for Citizen Security, Ceballos specified that the country's overall crime rate fell by 23.3% compared to 2023, as a result of efficient planning and action by the Public Security Bodies.
He highlighted that 400 fewer crimes were committed during week number 10 compared to the previous year, thanks to actions carried out by public security bodies.
In addition, the activation of the new spaces of the Medical Service of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (PNB) was announced, with specialized areas for the comprehensive care of the men and women of this police force, who have stood out for their commitment and professionalism in the performance of their duty.
Ceballos affirmed that the Bolivarian Government continues to move tirelessly, guided by the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez, to build the paths of order and peace that our people will travel on in the coming years.
“The goal is always the peace and well-being of the Venezuelan people,” he said.
