During his Con El Mazo Dando program, the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed that on May 25, Esequiba will also participate in the elections of governors, deputies and deputies to the National Assembly (AN) and Legislative Councils.
This was emphasized by Cabello, when he dismissed Guyana's request to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), that Venezuela not hold elections in Guyana Esquiba.
In this regard, he argued that “on May 25, there will be governor of our Guiana Essequiba, there will be deputies to the National Assembly and legislators and legislators of the Legislative Council of our Essequibo.”
During broadcast number 518, he reiterated once again that “everything that is west of the Essequibo River belongs to Venezuela. The Venezuelan Sun rises in the Essequibo”.
On the other hand, referring to the statement made by the president of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, that he wanted peace with Venezuela, Cabello stressed that “they are imperial agents, when they say one thing and that is that they want another.”
“Let's learn to read them,” he said.
